What customers say

5-star reviews from our Google Business Profile.

“We was a bit unsure about getting a heat pump at first cos heard mixed things but NorthStar actually explained it all decent and didnt just try sell us one straight away. They checked house properly first and went through what would work best for us. Install took a bit of organising but lads kept us updated and got on with it. Been using it a few weeks now and house stays warm no problem and its quieter than I expected aswell.”

“Had no idea what size heat pump we needed or whether the house would even suit one, so was half expecting a load of confusing sales talk. Didn’t get any of that. Everything was explained simply, we knew what we were paying for and the install went smoother than expected. House is heating up nicely and it’s been easy enough to get used to. Very happy we went ahead with it.”
